You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use bdlbet services. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage users are closed immediately and balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one bdlbet account. Duplicate or multiple accounts — including accounts registered with different email addresses by the same person — are strictly prohibited and subject to termination.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Attempting to exploit bonuses through artificial play or collusion will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.
All bdlbet accounts operate in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR via approved payment channels. bdlbet does not accept third-party payments or cryptocurrency.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdlbet login credentials. All bets and transactions made using your account credentials are your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
bdlbet services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing bdlbet is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and bdlbet ("bdlbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at bdlbet.co and through the bdlbet mobile application ("Platform").
By registering an account on the bdlbet Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any bdlbet product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bdlbet Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules and promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time ("Platform Rules").
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
3.1 Age. Access to and use of the bdlbet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bdlbet reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the bdlbet Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. bdlbet does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. If use of the Platform is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not register or place bets.
3.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any order of self-exclusion or any other restriction that would prohibit you from gambling.
4.1 Registration. To access bdlbet products, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
4.2 One Account. You may only hold one Account on the bdlbet Platform. Operating more than one Account — whether registered in your own name, the name of a family member, or any other identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. bdlbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify bdlbet support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Verification. bdlbet may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, proof of payment method, or other documentation for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
5.1 Deposits. Deposits to your bdlbet Account must be made using payment methods approved by bdlbet at the time of deposit, including but not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online. All deposits are made in MYR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests must be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever operationally possible. bdlbet reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity verification, wagering requirement compliance checks, or fraud investigation.
5.3 Third-Party Payments. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. bdlbet does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds received from a payment method that does not belong to the registered Account holder may be reversed, and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Cryptocurrency. bdlbet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any cryptocurrency. All transactions must be conducted in MYR via approved fiat payment channels.
6.1 Platform Rules. All bets and game rounds placed on the bdlbet Platform are subject to the applicable Platform Rules for the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots). These rules are published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific Platform Rule, the Platform Rule will prevail in respect of the relevant product.
6.2 Errors. bdlbet reserves the right to void or correct any bet placed at an erroneous price, on an incorrectly listed event, or as a result of a system error. In the event of a manifest error in odds, bet settlement will be conducted at the correct price, or the bet voided and stakes returned, at bdlbet's discretion.
6.3 Maximum Payout. bdlbet reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on any bet or combination of bets. Maximum payout limits applicable to each product are displayed in the relevant Platform Rules section.
6.4 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted and binding when confirmed by bdlbet's systems and a bet reference number is issued. bdlbet's records shall be the final authority on the acceptance, terms, and settlement of all bets.
7.1 Eligibility. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds. Promotion terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time period are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. bdlbet operates automated and manual monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, participating in collusive or syndicated bonus exploitation, or using technical exploits to obtain promotions not genuinely offered to you. Any suspected bonus abuse may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Balances and winnings derived therefrom, and Account suspension.
7.4 No Entitlement. Promotions are offered at bdlbet's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. No member has an entitlement to any promotion unless specifically confirmed in writing by bdlbet.
You must not engage in any of the following conduct on the bdlbet Platform:
Breach of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content on the bdlbet Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, and game assets, is the proprietary property of bdlbet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without bdlbet's express prior written consent.
10.1 The bdlbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdlbet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 bdlbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: Platform downtime or technical errors; interruption or delay in placing bets; loss of winnings as a result of a system malfunction that bdlbet could not reasonably have prevented; or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss howsoever arising from use of the Platform.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits bdlbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.4 In no event shall bdlbet's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bdlbet is committed to responsible gaming. All bdlbet products are intended for entertainment purposes only. If you feel that your gambling is no longer within your control, you should make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. bdlbet complies with responsible gaming standards set by recognised international gaming authorities. Members who have applied for self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-excluded members must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion.
12.1 bdlbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms, are suspected of fraud or money laundering, have provided false information during registration, or for any other reason bdlbet determines in its reasonable discretion.
12.2 You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting bdlbet customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining withdrawable Balance will be processed to your registered payment method subject to verification requirements.
12.3 In cases of Account termination for breach of these Terms, bdlbet reserves the right to forfeit all Balances — including real-money and bonus funds — and to recover any damages caused by the breach.
bdlbet may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered members via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the bdlbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bdlbet's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bdlbet Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and bdlbet. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction. bdlbet's records, including server logs, transaction records, and bet confirmations, shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts recorded therein.
